Some Important Information before your first appointment with us…
We are asking that ALL clients put together their Tax Papers/Info:
Client Organizer Form
Copies of Driver's Licenses
Income
Deductions
And any Questions you may have.

- Drop off Returns (No Appointment Necessary) -
You may deliver it in person or drop it into our secured Drop Slot, to the right of our Front Entrance.

We are more than happy to receive your information by email and set up a time to chat via phone or video.
If you are not local, you may also mail your papers to Tomah Tax Station. We will contact you once we either have questions, or your return is ready to sign, pay, and pick up. ALL clients must FULLY COMPLETE our Client Organizer and include copies of drivers' licenses.
We are more than happy to receive your information by email and set up a time to chat via phone or video
If you choose to MAIL your papers, you may send originals or copies; just be sure to keep a set of copies for yourself, in case your papers are lost in transit. A tracking method if you choose to mail your information is highly recommended. We will contact you when your information is received. If you do not hear from us in the expected timeframe, please contact us.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLIENTS WITH FARMS, BUSINESSES, AND RENTALS:
Please drop your info off before April. This will allow us additional time if phone calls are needed. You should have received a specific business organizer form from us in January, (YES, you are required to complete this form, a new requirement of the IRS!!! ... sorry). Please do your best in transferring your income and expenses onto this organizer but also include your own/ usual year-end "Income/Expenses Totals Sheet", so that I can see where you derived these totals from.
These are the 3 methods to process your returns with us:

C. "SNAIL-MAILING" to our office location

Be sure to include these 3 things...
1. The fully completed, and signed CLIENT ORGANIZER form (found on the Resources page)
2. Copies of each taxpayers IDs/Licenses (Now Required Every Year)
3. Please make a list of everything you have forwarded to me for tax documents ... so that NOTHING comes up missing.
** Please put everything in a large clear plastic baggie or secure envelope with your name on it.
